Drills class is a class completely based upon dance tricking. The dancers in this class attain many skills that are learnt safely in order to place in the highs of choreographed routines. This class is NOT acrobatics and is purely dance elements only.
For example- Revolutions, spin drills, contemporary drops and floor work, jumps, jazz kicking techniques ect. Students also work more in depth with students when it comes to their fitness. A range of different exercises are performed to increase strength, endurance, flexibility, mobility and overall healthy and fitness.

Somatics is about functional movement. This practice will allow you to move with freedom and ease in all of your hobbies and activities.
Each grade has its own 30 minute body conditioning and stretch class. Â This class is a wonderful opportunity for students to understand how to warm up and cool down after class, work on specific stretch requirements and ask questions about state stretch practices.
Strength & Stretch is a fitness class where you will build strength specifically to help you on your aerial apparatus through conditioning exercises but it will also be useful for general dance, fitness and pole members.
Mature Movers is a low impact class designed to cater to the mature aged members of our community so you can have fun moving and grooving in a very social environment. Dance is food for the body, mind, and spirit.
Increase your flexibility and overall technique. If you want to become a stronger dancer, this is the class for you!
