Some call pizza the perfect food but how do you make the perfect food, well, perfect? We’ll make and work with a quick dough and make simple but delicious toppings to create wonderful pizza at home.
Come join us and create this delicious ravioli stuffed with a creamy ricotta cheese filling and finished in a nutty brown butter and truffle sauce. For dessert we'll make a deliciously creamy Panna Cotta with a sauce made from seasonal fruit.
Our in person classes are designed around your needs. We will prepare a custom menu for your group taking into consideration all your dietary restrictions and allergies.
Ricotta Gnocchi Cookin’ Class is offered by Cookin' Class for all ages and skill level. Enjoy the best cooking classes Portland has to offer. Cookin’ Class rotates its menu schedule quarterly so it is always fresh and new all while giving you plenty of time to take every class you desire.
