Join her in class where she’ll teach you about the Indian, Malay, and Muslim influences on one of Thailand’s favorite curries: massaman. You’ll make from-scratch massaman curry paste, and use it to build the rich flavors of massaman beef curry.
You’ll round out the meal with a variety of appetizers and sides that no Thai takeout meal is complete without: homemade roti bread, chicken satay, steamed jasmine rice, and Thai fresh rolls with peanut dipping sauce.

Thai Cooking Class is offered by Flavors on Fire for all ages and skill levels. At Flavors on Fire, we harness the power of fire to create amazing flavors. While you sip on one of our specially curated wines, our chefs will teach you about different cooking techniques and flavors.
Pad Thai is the culmination of the five tastes, salty, sweet, sour, bitter, and umami. In this class you wil not only learn how to balance those flavors but also learn knife skills which are important in kitchen.
