Join her in class where she’ll teach you about the Indian, Malay, and Muslim influences on one of Thailand’s favorite curries: massaman. You’ll make from-scratch massaman curry paste, and use it to build the rich flavors of massaman beef curry.
You’ll round out the meal with a variety of appetizers and sides that no Thai takeout meal is complete without: homemade roti bread, chicken satay, steamed jasmine rice, and Thai fresh rolls with peanut dipping sauce.

Thai Street Food Cooking class is offered by The Asheville Kitchen. We hope you will bring your bubble of friends & families! Come have fun! In-person classes will be limited to 4 to 6 students. It is up to you to gather the 4-6 students you wish to take a class with.
