The focus will be on the melting process, aeration, pulling, airbrushing and assembly.
Program runs from 8am-5pm, including a light lunch. (please let me know if you have any allergies).

This programme combines both the Junior Chef Cooking and Junior Chef Baking, at a discount! Here students will learn how to prepare, cook and plate a main meal and dessert. They will also be able to make chocolate fudge and more.
On this half day workshop you’ll be baking the essential elements for a Best of British tea time, a classic white tin loaf; the beginning of any great sandwich starts with the bread. Moving onto the sweet we’ll be making fruit laden teacakes and of course no brew is complete without scones.
Our Culinary Baking & Pastry courses are designed for anyone wanting to learn to bake, decorate cakes and so much more. Classes are hands on and practical with support of theory notes and recipes.
Basic Baking Course students may join in at any one time and complete all 8 lessons for a discount rate of R4500.00 for all 8 lessons or do one or more lessons at R600.00 per individual lesson.
