In this class you will master the art of creating an Italian Feast. We will use fresh seasonal produce create up to 8 different dishes.
DurationSuch dishes could be the Aubergine Parmigiana with smoked Scamorza Cheese, Tuna Tartar, or a Radicchio Salad with Grilled Peach and Burrata.
You will also be making a seasonal Pasta or Risotto for the main course and a dessert. Menus will change seasonally so drop us an email if you would like our current menu.
Enrica Rocca is a family-run cooking school and event space in Notting Hill and Venice. The Rocca family opened the London school in 2002 in what was once their family home, sharing their love for Italian hospitality and food.
