In this class you will master the art of creating an Italian Feast. We will use fresh seasonal produce create up to 8 different dishes.
Such dishes could be the Aubergine Parmigiana with smoked Scamorza Cheese, Tuna Tartar, or a Radicchio Salad with Grilled Peach and Burrata.
You will also be making a seasonal Pasta or Risotto for the main course and a dessert. Menus will change seasonally so drop us an email if you would like our current menu.
