Once upon a time a well-stocked larder was the heart of a home; filled with preserved foods and condiments, the larder contained all the home cook’s essential ingredients. With an eye on reducing food waste and a passion for preserving, Cornersmith is reviving the larder to inspire this generation of cooks to get out of the supermarket into the kitchen.

In this essential workshop you will learn to make from scratch and take home these larder staples:

  • Cornersmith's popular homemade Worcestershire Sauce, to add to just about everything!
  • A Herbed Mustard
  • An old fashioned Sage and Apple Cider Sauce
  • Plus learn how to turn your apple peels and cores into an apple vinegar
