Our workshops are designed for adults. Minimum age is 9 years old. For kids below 9 years old, parental/adult supervision is required.

From a tiny shop in 2007, David and Peck Lin started Udders Ice Cream on a whim and a dream. The mission was to create Asian flavours for Asians, and Alcoholic flavours for…. well, Alcoholics (!) And to do it all with a big dose of sassy humour. Who else would name their brand after … ahem… cow tits??
And so the adventure began. To create drool-worthy, kickass flavours catering to the Asian palate, less heavy on sugar and cream, and yet bringing out the best natural (and alcoholic!) ingredients in the ice creams.
Kids Course is designed to teach children cooking of food and also the background knowledge about the relationship between food and science
This course is designed for individuals who want to know the basics of ice cream making without the technicalities.

Spanish Homemade Ice Cream (Helado) Workshop 3 by Instructor Steph Leong . Hola! Come and learn how to make ice cream the Spanish way!
The course aims to deepen your knowledge to enable them to master the characteristics of the ingredients, mixing and dosing techniques, and the different protocols for making ice cream, sorbets, and granitas in order to make attractive presentations.
