Course Details

Objectives:

  • Learn how to prepare delicious healthy recipes in a private class for one to three students.
  • The classes are 4 (four) hours long and taught in my home kitchen.
  • We will cook a dish from each of the four categories – a veggie dish, rice dish, soup and sweet or condiment.
  • You can choose your four recipes from the recipes in my Ayurvedic Cookbook, Cooking for the Guru-a Karma Free Diet.
  • ayurvedic vegetarian mealOnce a class date has been set and a deposit of $150 made, we will consult on choosing the four recipes.
  • Once the recipes are chosen, you will prepare your shopping list and purchase the produce for the recipes we will be cooking. I will provide the spices and oils needed for each recipe.
