Our Vegan Cooking Classes are a sociable and fun experience while learning some vegan dinner party ideas, giving you that flare in the kitchen.
Whether you wish to expand your plant-based horizons or just want to dive straight into some delicious dishes with great company and bottomless wine during our fun and sociable Vegan Cooking Class, you’ll learn how to cook some absolutely stunning vegan restaurant-worthy dishes.
The class will begin with an informative demonstration (and a glass of wine!). Then, having learned what and how you are going to cook your dishes, you will get your cook on and prepare your delicious courses with help from our friendly chefs.
Once everyone is ready and dishes are seasoned to perfection you will sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labour in true dinner party style – a great class for anyone, whether you’re a committed vegan or would just like to brush up on your plant-based cookery!

In this 2 hour lesson you will be guided through the recipe for each dish by one of our Ashoka Restaurant or guest chefs. This class will give you the skills and knowledge to recreate some of your restaurant favourites in our own kitchen.
This class teaches you all the techniques you’ll need in order to create a range of really impressive vegan dishes. Our chef will show you the best ways to source, prepare, cook and serve interesting vegan cuisine.
Master the fine art of making sushi at our Sushi Workshop! Whether you are opting for vegetarian, vegan or regular, our sushi-master will run you through how to make a variety of different types of sushi.
No meat, no eggs, no dairy…? No problem. Our half-day vegan cooking class shows just how delicious and easy plant-based eating can be. Whether you’re dabbling in flexitarianism or already a seasoned vegan, we think you'll love learning some new seasonal dishes that put plants first.
