Expert tutor Danielle, who can usually be found in the kitchens of five-star hotels, will teach you how to master the main vegan alternatives in pastry and how to balance different textures and flavours for delicious results. You’ll also learn different decoration techniques for amazing presentations.

This class is for chefs or budding chefs who want to learn how to make incredible restaurant-standard vegan desserts.
We teach in small groups (maximum of 10 places for each course), so there are plenty of opportunities to ask the tutor questions and benefit from their knowledge and experience.
This course will teach you how to create simple and delicious plant-based dishes, made from scratch. We will cook easy vegan recipes from around the globe, exploring a variety of different cuisines and food culture. The classes will be relaxed and informal.
Supper club host and private chef, Carmen, of ‘The Cooking Flea’, will be taking you through how to cook a deliciously indulgent vegan feast.
At the end of the course you will receive the Vegetarian Society Cookery School Foundation Certificate in Vegetarian & Vegan Cookery. This course also includes CIEH accredited Level 2 Food Hygiene (online study).
Learn to create a number of classic Punjabi vegetarian dishes. Then enjoy all your hard work with a sit down meal. There are numerous Punjabi classics we could cook together – so be prepared for whatever I have in store for you in the kitchen on the day! However, a typical day could be preparing
Tofu making class - ideal for vegans and vegetarians. We will make tofu from scratch using organic soy beans.
