A fully vegan Italian cooking class, designed to tantalize your tastebuds, at the same time knowing you are helping heal our planet by moving towards a plant based diet.
During this class we prepare a sumptuous, fully plant based Italian meal – then we sit down to enjoy it together. Beginning with a creamy, totally vegan tomato soup, the meal moves on to a delicious S shaped extruded pasta called “strozzapretti” which we prepare with a vegan “bolognesa” sauce.
As a pre-dessert, we have a salad, full of mediterranean ingredients, punctuated by sweet notes. To finish, Chef Daniel serves a baked apple, vegan ice cream. Fully vegan, this experience is sure to tantalize your tastebuds, at the same time with the satisfaction that we are helping minimize damage to our planet by slowly moving towards a more plant based lifestyle.
The Foodery offers unique culinary experiences, including public, private and corporate team-building events, designed and led by Chef Daniel Morduchowicz.
Events are offered in person and, for corporate team building, online via Zoom.
In-person events happen at our beautiful loft in Potrero Hill, San Francisco, or at a location of your choosing. [Certain Restrictions apply during Covid.]
Our online corporate classes include pre-portioned ingredients shipped to your home or office.

Originally from Argentina, with its own special mix of cultures, Chef Daniel has lived in California for over 40 years where he has been exposed to its rich diversity of cuisines. He is passionate about cooking and sharing his knowledge.

Vegetarian Indian cooking class is offered by Old City Kitchen. Bring together family and friends for an evening of food, education and entertainment at Old City Kitchen. Demonstration cooking, chef led dinners and culinary classes.
Thai Vegetarian/Vegan Street Food Cooking class is offered by The Cook’s Nook. Indulge your senses in the array of smells, tastes, and colors as you learn the proper techniques for Thai cooking. This class’ menu will consist of a variety of Thai street vegan and vegetarian favorites.
Spice up your vegetables. Attend this class to learn to cook some popular Indian Vegetarian recipes. Chili Paneer – Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) cooked with sliced bell peppers, onions and mild spices.
Learn the basics of making sausage as well as the the art and safe practices specifically associated with making sausage. You will learn about cutting, grinding, seasonings, stuffing, and how to link and tie the sausage and/or old world classics.
