Woks are an essential and versatile tool in Asian cuisine. They can be used for practically everything, from steaming, stir-frying, braising and even soups.
Things will be getting hot in the Icon kitchen as we fire up the stoves and dive head first into the fast paced, healthy and high-heat techniques of wok cookery. Come start your journey as a ‘wokstar’ and master the skills and techniques to prepare and cook amazing flavour packed wok-based recipes from home.
