Rebounding on a mini trampoline brings the fun back into fitness! This low impact exercise is one of the quickest ways to rebuild muscle mass and improve overall strength and fitness levels.
Sport aerobics is an interesting, recreational and competitive sport that demands performing active movement patterns to fast paced music. It is a sport that is less strenuous, in comparison with the gymnastics but it offers the fun and artistic quality of aerobics.
