Our WOMA Workout is specifically for those students that would like to get their fitness and stamina up. Based on gym training the workout is tailor fitted for each individual’s fitness requirement.

We offer a comprehensive range of classes within the dance, step, aqua, cycle, box, hiit, strength, conditioning, yoga, pilates, and core categories, specially designed to help keep you motivated, and reaching your health and fitness goals.
Pilates is deep body conditioning, targeting the inner core muscles from the inside out, suitable for all ages, genders, body types & fitness levels and also a safe pre- and post-natal exercise.
With our two experienced trainers, our group and private sessions deliver tailored exercises that are curated from your particular goals, body weight, body composition, and fitness level. There isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ here! We work with you and we win with you too!
