Tang Soo Tao is a traditional martial art with a long and unbroken history. It aims, through it’s many systems, to train martial artists of the very highest calibre. Whether it be karate kids having fun as they learn or adults engaged in the serious business of challenging themselves to be their best.
Tang Soo Tao delivers. Using hard, fast, external, effective self defence techniques alongside yoga, meditation, tai chi and qi gong our students not only develop all the skills needed to defend themselves but also to develop a healthy body and a healthy mind.
Balance Your Mind, Body And Soul. Our classes incorporate a combination of Yoga styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Ashtanga and are suitable for participants of varying ages and fitness levels.
Yoga Lessons are offered by Dance & Art Centre for all ages and abilities. Dance, the movement of the body in a rhythmic way for the purpose of releasing energy, expressing an idea or emotion or simply taking enchantment in the movement itself.
Yoga and Pilates are both low-impact workouts that focus on using bodyweight resistance. Each class is designed to improve muscular and postural strength by focusing on working your core and stabilising muscles.
You will leave class feeling lighter refreshed and renewed. Â Your posture will be improved and you will be taller (growth is not cumulative).
Yoga classes for all women including prenatal and postnatal practices, cyclical awareness and deep relaxation.
