Tori's beginners yoga course is designed to improve the mental and physical health and well-being for all students.
The course aims to ease you gently and safely into a regular yoga practice. She introduces a variety of yoga styles and practices including modifications to suit different bodies and abilities.
Although most of the course focuses on physical (asana) practice, there is also a strong emphasis on breathing (pranayama) and relaxation too.
The course is taught in a small group so that she can give people individual attention and the class size is not overwhelming.
Located in the centre of Cardiff, 5 minutes from Cardiff Central Station our beautiful, spacious dance studio is home to our wonderful Dance School and hosts some of the best adult dance and fitness classes in Cardiff.
Our hour long classes across a range of dancing styles are both enjoyable, nurturing and progressive in their nature as well as being focused on technique and performance.
The studio runs a scheduled workshops and classes, where all levels are welcome.
Aerial yoga is a unique technique which uses a low-hanging fabric / hammock to support the weight of the body.
Our teacher is a qualified yoga teacher that has also trained in modern dance, aerial circus skills and pole dance and she has combined her knowledge in those disciplines to create an unique aerial yoga class for you.
Complete Beginners class is ideal for students with no yoga practice experience
