You simply show up and enjoy the class! Choose a Demo class where Chef Chris Velden prepares the menu or a Hands-on class where you work together to prepare the feast. Both class options include a full meal (4 courses) and copies of the recipes to take home.
With 30 hours of experiential learning available, students sharpen their practical abilities while deepening their knowledge of whole foods and holistic health
This program is the combination of Cook Basic Level 1 (Culinary Arts Level 1) and Cook Advanced Level 2 (Culinary Arts Level 2) programs.
The Chef training program totals 420 hours of theoretical and practical exposure and presents skills considered essential to the exercise of the profession of Chef, ensuring professional versatility.
