You may turn into a croissant connoisseur after this class! Join our new instructor, Chef Jessica as she leads you through the stages of making croissant dough from scratch. After that students will use the croissant dough to make different variations of this buttery pastry!

Students will learn how to make, pipe and bake the macaron shells and how to create four different seasonal fillings. From there you will learn how to properly assemble the macarons with your assorted fillings.

During our Basic Cake Decorating Class, your chef instructor will demonstrate how to level, cut, fill and frost a pre-made chocolate cake.
