During our Basic Cake Decorating Class, your chef instructor will demonstrate how to level, cut, fill and frost a pre-made chocolate cake.

Let Chef Jessica teach you to how to make her favorite breakfast pastries from scratch! You are sure to impress your next house guest once you learn the tips and tricks to making these buttery, flaky breakfast pastries!

Students will learn how to make, pipe and bake the macaron shells and how to create four different seasonal fillings. From there you will learn how to properly assemble the macarons with your assorted fillings.

You may turn into a croissant connoisseur after this class! Join our new instructor, Chef Jessica as she leads you through the stages of making croissant dough from scratch. After that students will use the croissant dough to make different variations of this buttery pastry!

Chef Jerry will guide you through some favorite family recipes! Italy is cookie crazy and the dizzying variety of its cookies may rival even those of its pastas. Join us to celebrate all the goodness of the motherland as we bake four traditional cookies from scratch and take some of these treats
