  • Chef Snack on Arrival - Japchae (glass noodles) 
  • Banchan - Gamja Jorim (sweet soy braised potatoes), Oi Muchim (spicy cucumber salad) 
  • Main - Korean Fried Chicken with a Sweet, Spicy Sauce & Galbi (grilled beef short ribs) 
  • Side - Multigrain Purple Rice 
  • Dessert - Hotteok (sweet yeasted pancake filled with brown sugar, cinnamon and sunflower seeds)
