We run a friendly studio in Southampton, for all levels. Total beginners are welcome, you don’t need any strength or flexibility to start- you build this up as you come to lessons.

Teaching you to move around the hoop/pole & execute dynamic acrobatic tricks, strength moves, dance flows & pretty spins
Awaken and align you body with this gentle approach to Hatha Yoga. Introducing different basic postures to help build strength and flexibility at a pace that suits you. This is a 4 week course .
Aerial Yoga for Children classes have a special syllabus designed by the instructor for youth participants

Aerial yoga is a unique technique which uses a low-hanging fabric / hammock to support the weight of the body.
They’ll include various hand building pottery skills along with an aerial yoga session.
