Dance Glasgow opened it's doors in 2010, occupying just the top floor of our Ruthven Lane studio, with the intention of bringing accessible dance to adults who thought it was too late to learn and for those who were looking to return after dancing in their childhoods.
In 2012 we extended into the downstairs floor, adding another studio and in 2015 we opened our second venue in the centre of Glasgow - Studio 22.
We now run classes for all levels, Absolute Beginners to Advanced across both of our studios and continue to enjoy bringing Dance to all.
Our highly trained and certified instructors have a wealth of experience in teaching and performing various styles and disciplines.
We have a passion for the art of dance and for helping others discover their inner dancer. We always aim to provide a friendly atmosphere and welcome anyone who wants to join us.
The teacher will lead you safely through a fun sequence of poses using your yoga mat and the support of the aerial hammock to allow your body to safely move deeper into poses.
Tori's beginners yoga course is designed to improve the mental and physical health and well-being for all students. The course aims to ease you gently and safely into a regular yoga practice.
Aerial Yoga is a truly wonderful way to interweave fun into your practice while keeping the soulful elements of yoga very present.
For those who want to be in harmony with body and mind.
This can enable you to achieve advanced Yoga postures that can take years to develop without the hammock.
