Through practice, practice, and more practice, we'll teach you how to correctly and safely handle knives; make classic French cuts (julienne, brunoise, chiffonade); and more.

All this hard work results in a meal of roast poussin with citrus pan sauce; herb and fennel salad; and crispy roast potato 'gratin'.
