in 2022, Anneka began holding classes in collaboration with Milk HAUS in Milton, on the beautiful south coast of NSW.
Anneka is passionate about bringing real baking into Australian homes and to inspire home cooks with deliciously simple recipes that are relevant to their lives. She knows the type of recipes people want and understands the most effective methods for teaching baking skills. Her friendly and engaging approach to her teaching and writing comes with her vast experience and a firm belief in ‘simple food done well’, relying on sound basics, simple techniques and quality ingredients.
An easy to follow class that the kids will love! Bay cooking school was created to give everyone a chance to learn from professional chefs, out of commercial kitchens. Our focus is to provide a fun and enjoyable environment in an intimate setting.
During the school holidays we offer a range of fun and friendly hands-on workshops for children aged 6+, all designed as an introduction to the wonderful world of cake decorating.
These group classes are all about having fun and learning to cook delicious treats whilst making new friends.
