Barre Fitness is a full-body workout that focuses on low impact, high intensity movements to lift and tone muscles.
Students will use the ballet barre, with the option to use additional light equipment, in a series of isometric strength exercises that lead to improvements in posture, agility, flexibility and overall strength, with a focus on core stability throughout.
Modifications for specific exercises help make Barre an effective workout for all bodies. Stretch And Conditioning classes are offered by Xklusive Dance Productions. We offer regularly scheduled classes to students aged 2-102 from Monday-Sunday
This is an open class for dancers of all levels, however please note choreo tends to be at an intermediate level.
This class will focus specific on tumbling skills at the dancers level. It will include both stationary and travelling passes. It will also include balance skills. Dancers will need to come to class stretched, warmed up, and ready to tumble, in order to maximize class time.
