First part of class is intense and your muscles will be burning but that will get your body to transform and sculpt. Second part will be lighter, with stretching and pilates.
Finish class with high density foam rollers that are proved to ease the muscle pain, increase range of motion, reduce appearance of cellulite, relieve back pain and help you to relax.

You can take classes for fun or become a part of performing team! We offer classes at our two locations - Kanata South and Bells Corners.

Stretch And Conditioning classes are offered by Xklusive Dance Productions. We offer regularly scheduled classes to students aged 2-102 from Monday-Sunday
