First part of class is intense and your muscles will be burning but that will get your body to transform and sculpt. Second part will be lighter, with stretching and pilates.
Finish class with high density foam rollers that are proved to ease the muscle pain, increase range of motion, reduce appearance of cellulite, relieve back pain and help you to relax.
School Of Modern Dance opened it's doors in January 2013 as a studio for Russian-Speaking Community, where most popular styles were Eastern-European Folk and Ballet.
Throughout the years, we expanded and began to offer classes in Latino Mix, Heels, Hip Hop, Jazz Funk, Caribbean Moves, Vogue, Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Contemporary, Stretching, Ballet Barre Fitness and more.
You can take classes for fun or become a part of performing team! We offer classes at our two locations - Kanata South and Bells Corners.
The class will be geared towards ballet technique but will complement and provide benefit to other styles of dance.

Jumps & Turns is a great way to continue a student’s training. This class focuses on jumping and turning technique, and will introduce new ‘tricks’ to the students.
Practice at the barre by mixing techniques from ballet, pilates and yoga to tone, shape and sculpt your body.
