The space was built in the early 20th century as a bank and was refurbished in 2021 as a multi-purpose cookery school and events space featuring a demonstration kitchen, solid wood flooring, air conditioning, and flexible seating areas.

Our series of Fermentation classes show you how to ferment at home, and this class is designed to be the inspiration for what to do next. We will show what you can do with all your ferments, including kombucha, sauerkraut, kimchi, tempeh, fermented batters and cashew cheeses.
