These evening cooking classes are a great way to brush up your skills in the kitchen. They take place one night a week, for five weeks. We hold both Beginner’s and Intermediate courses.
This course lasts five weeks and is a practical, hands on course for complete beginners, those who lack confidence in the kitchen or those who feel they have never really learnt the basics.
On this course you will learn knife skills and how to read and understand recipes and the culinary terms used. You will take your food home with you at the end of the evening. You will learn pastry, baking, bread, meat cookery, fish cookery, soups etc.

The Level 3 Professional Cookery will help you develop skills and knowledge at an advanced level, covering a range of complex preparation, cooking and presentation methods, including modern innovative techniques.
Our Foundation in Professional Cookery (6 weeks) and Diploma in Professional Cookery (12 weeks) offer students a comprehensive understanding of cooking methods and techniques, as well as valuable qualifications in food hygiene.
The Professional Cookery (Preparation and Cooking) City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma offers a great grounding for a variety of hospitality areas such as: Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Cookery and Hospitality Services all leading to employment opportunities.
