Aerial Body Conditioning is a fun, challenging workout routine combining aspects of Yoga, Pilates, Aerial Arts and Strength Training
The 60-minute barre fitness class targets all muscle groups and effectively tones, strengthens, and lengthens them. Leave no muscles untouched as we work them to exhaustion then stretch out for relief.
If ballet isn't for your little one, then maybe the energetic Tiny Tumblers is more their styleÂ
