In this class students will learn Stretch techniques to help the body perform its best.
Come and get a ballet based conditioning workout! Class involves ballet barre work, ballet arm workouts and floor mat work using balls.
Stretch classes are offered at the beginning or end of classes where time permits. The focus is on core strengthening as well as stretching muscles to gain better flexibility.
Technique is so important, so this technical training group class ensures a good foundation for your child's dancing future and is a stepping stone to competition work.
