I?n this multi-day virtual/in-person workshop we will cover all of the basics of Puff Pastry -- What makes it so great?! What ingredients are vital? How to use it to make a variety of delicious treats?!
Our junior bakers will be rolling up their sleeves to create their own festive treats to bring home and enjoy throughout the holiday break. They will be making Sugar Cookie Cut Outs, Rudolph Chocolate Cupcakes, Melted Snowman Chocolate Bark and Ice Cream Cone Christmas Trees.
All cooking classes are taught by Chef Oscar Turchi with over 35 years of experience in Italian cuisine
