How Does It Work's:
Step 2: Cooking session- The members get together at a designated kitchen to prepare and cook the recipes. At the end of the cook, each member has several meals to take home and freeze for later, thus furthering healthy eating habits. Members share recipes and nutritional knowledge as they cook, and everyone gains from each other’s enthusiasm. Often participants are introduced to new foods, contributing to a more balanced diet.
