Course Delivery
Our training options are flexible to meet the needs of every student. Training options include face to face, a combination of face to face and online, work based training or traineeships. Average course duration is between 9-12 months.
Work placement is a compulsory component to the assessment process. VERTO will assist you to organise this placement which commences no later than Week 10 of the course.
Students will attend 12 service periods which will be determined by industry and the applicable establishment. Service periods may range betweek 3-6 hours per day, 2 days a week until complete.
Service periods have been quantified in hourly increments, with a maximum of 6 hours per day.

When you complete the Certificate IV in Hospitality you'll be able to work as a hospitality supervisor or team leader. Job roles include bar supervisor, food and beverage manager, duty manager and concierge.
