Menu:

  • Hot & Sour Soup
  • A classic robust and tangy soup with chili sauce, ground pepper, wine vinegar, lily buds, tofu, wood-ear and shiitake mushrooms.
  • Mongolian Beef
  • Stir-fried beef slices in a sauce of hoisin, chilies, and soy over a bed of mung bean noodles.
  • Lemon Chicken
  • Tangy, crisp lemon chicken breast fillet over a bed of iceberg lettuce chiffonade.
  • Vegetable Medley with Lotus Root
  • The ultimate stir-fry! With lotus root, red bell peppers, baby bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, water chestnuts and cashews.
