Upstaged Dance and Performance Studio is a community based dance school where you can learn to dance in a fun and safe environment while enjoying a supportive, friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
As a dance school full of young people we have a responsibility to have a positive influence on our students. We would also like to have an influence on homeless and disadvantaged young people in our community.

These classes are designed to help improve your strength and flexibility specifically in the way you will need it for pole dancing. A sexy, energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. And get this… you don’t even need any dance experience and you certainly don’t need a partner!
This class is a great addition to your training schedule! Stretch and strength classes focus on developing and increasing the flexibility and strength required to execute various dance moves.
Time to shake it off and sweat it out! Dance Tone will give you a full body workout, combining medium to high intensity dance moves with cardio fitness.
With this syllabus, the dancer will gain strength and discipline, poise and mental agility. Classical, Hip Hop, and Jazz dancers will notice improvements in all of these aspects learning Russian Character is a valuable addition to any dancer's repertoire.
