Our Dance Fitness classes are beginner-friendly, yet offer enough challenge for the fitness enthusiast. Our follow-the-leader format will allow you to tone and stretch your body while getting in shape with these energizing dance workouts!
We offer a more comprehensive program than any other dance studio in Los Angeles. Because we have more than one classroom, we often run two or more classes simultaneously.
This gives great depth to our program and we are able to offer beginning thru advanced levels in each of the popular styles of dance. Our program's versatility allows you to advance at your own pace; many of our students attend class two or three times per week.
3rd Street Dance has been teaching Los Angeles to dance for over 35 years. We offer a comprehensive dance curriculum for adults in all styles of dance.
This class is dedicated to the serious dancer wanting to continually progress and push themselves beyond their own expectations to reach their dance goals. Each class will include flexibility exercises, conditioning and technical elements and progressions.
Athletes who are interested in developing more mobility will learn practical stretches and flexibility drills along with the anatomy and physiology behind how and why they work.
Step Routines designed to tone and strengthen! Developed as a way to get a high intensity, yet low impact workout – this class will improve your coordination with simple choreographed routines to happy music that will make the time fly bye!Â
Legs and Feet Class work on flexibility and strength. Students will be working to heighten their extensions as well as lengthen their lines through the feet. The class is structured with a stretching warm-up which leads into the various center and across the floor exercises.
A class that combines strength training and cardio with upbeat tunes - for the culture. This class helps you reach your own body goals -whether that’s physical health and endurance or emotional release. Open to all levels! This class is designed for any BODY!
