Pastry Chef Kassandra will have you whipping up these yummy items: rosemary & cranberry thumbprints, chocolate peppermint crinkles, candied fruit & almond biscotti, gingerbread, and sugar cookies.
Participants will enjoy a royal icing demonstration and learn to apply various decorating techniques to a variety of cookies. A mid-workshop break will include a lunch spread of freshly baked scones with homemade jam, Seed-to-Sausage ham, assorted cheese, coffee (with Baileys!), and tea.

An intense cake class where you will walk away with the knowledge of building a cake, plus two completed decorated ones! This is a 3 hour long class, where you will need your focus right to the very end.

These six-week classes are offered one evening per week for six students at a time. The first cycle focused on cooking simple meals on a budget and the second focused on baking skills.

Baking & Pastry Arts is designed for students who are both curious and interested in baking and would like the opportunity to explore baking as a possible career in the hospitality or service industry. The students are taught in a professional setting that is set up to resemble a commercial bakery.
