Pastry Chef Kassandra will have you whipping up these yummy items: rosemary & cranberry thumbprints, chocolate peppermint crinkles, candied fruit & almond biscotti, gingerbread, and sugar cookies.
Participants will enjoy a royal icing demonstration and learn to apply various decorating techniques to a variety of cookies. A mid-workshop break will include a lunch spread of freshly baked scones with homemade jam, Seed-to-Sausage ham, assorted cheese, coffee (with Baileys!), and tea.

Sourdough – Please bring a jar or container that will hold at least 2 cups, participants will learn how to make their own starter.
