Flour Power Nashville opened in early 2020 as the 12th franchise within the Flour Power family. Owner, Shannon Mock Miller, moved to Nashville in November 2000 to pursue her dream of signing a recording contract. She spent over 30 years working in the restaurant and party planning business.
During that time she cultivated a huge extended family within the Nashville community. In 2011 Shannon married, had a daughter and became a stay at home mama. In 2016, she became a single mama and set out to create the best life possible for her and her young daughter.

Vegan cooking class is offered by Vyanjan. About three vegetarian/vegan dishes will be prepared using whole grains, dried beans, sprouts, lentils, pulses, spices, nuts, seeds, and vegetables in each class. NO eggs, seafood or meat of any kind will be used. NO deep frying.
Winter Vegetarian class is offered by Chef Alyssa's Kitchen. Vegetables are front and center in these exciting seasonal dishes!
Vegan Cooking class is offered by Academy of Culinary Education. The Academy of Culinary Education (“ACE”) offers an extraordinary culinary learning experience in an intimate stimulating environment.
This class covers some of the best handmade dishes beginning with Cilantro black bean burgers with a handmade roasted red pepper aioli followed by handmade Gluten-Free Fettuccine and a cashew lemon basil pesto sauce.
