Learn all about how to taste and evaluate coffee at our Waterloo roastery through an introductory cupping class.
We will taste the coffee together and discuss its aromas and flavors. Then you will have the opportunity to practice and prepare some drinks behind the machine.
We have developed new programs for home espresso, home filters, Breville machines, and barista careers.
