This class is an introduction to those flavors and ingredients that make South American cuisine so unique. From Brazil, to Argentina, to Peru, this is a guaranteed first class experience into South American culture and the foods native to these countries
The class begins with an apéritif with fresh bread and cheese selection. You will then be provided with caps to write your name on and aprons. The whole group will be preparing the menu all together, dividing the tasks amongst each of the participants, under the guidance of the chef.
The initial session for neuro diverse learners involves cooking one recipe each day with occasional secondary items. They will be focused on sensory and language goals while cooking.
