In this Authentic Italian cookery class our chef will teach you all the techniques you’ll need in order to create classic savoury & sweet Italian dishes including making pasta. Our chef will show you the best ways to source, prepare, cook and serve Italian food.
Nothing beats the taste of freshly made pasta. You will learn how to make fresh pasta dough then use a pasta machine to create ribbon pasta. Moving onto filled pasta & cooking. Finally production pasta sauces which you then can adapt at home in the future.
