Diamond Dance is more than pole dancing. It’s a place where women rediscover their strength; their inner Wonder Woman and connect with a community of like minded women.
These classes develop dancers strength and fitness through cardio routines, team building strength exercises, bodyweight and banded exercises.
A sexy, energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. And get this… you don’t even need any dance experience and you certainly don’t need a partner!
The Dance Conditioning classes are designed to implement evolving techniques useful for the development of key dance components including strength, alignment, control, coordination, endurance and flexibility.
Technique is the root of dance training and class is where dancers hone their foundation. Emma uses her knowledge of Ballet, Jazz and contemporary through stretch, toning, centre and corner work.
Students enrolled in any style may also participate in Stretch and Strengthening, a class completely dedicated to lengthening, stretching, strengthening and improving technique, using Pilates, Yoga and specifically designed exercises.
