To begin, under excellent tutelage by one of our experience chefs, you will make classic ‘Pyaaz Pakoras’, with a delicious ‘Dhaniya-Pudina chutney’, and a spicy coriander and mint dip.
Then, on to an absolute classic, ‘Murgh Makhani’, which is a Northern Indian Butter chicken curry, tender and full of flavour! This will be accompanied with Pilau rice and a Peshwari Naan which you will make yourself from scratch.
To finish the evening, our chefs will prepare for you a traditional Indian ice-cream. Our mango and pistachio Mustani is the perfect way to cool, cleanse and refresh the palate.
This session will be between 3 and 4 hours in duration. You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School. Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink during the session. Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session.
