It’s really not hard to see why this is one of our most sought after classes.

To begin, under excellent tutelage by one of our experience chefs, you will make classic ‘Pyaaz Pakoras’, with a delicious ‘Dhaniya-Pudina chutney’, and a spicy coriander and mint dip.

Then, on to an absolute classic, ‘Murgh Makhani’, which is a Northern Indian Butter chicken curry, tender and full of flavour! This will be accompanied with Pilau rice and a Peshwari Naan which you will make yourself from scratch.

To finish the evening, our chefs will prepare for you a traditional Indian ice-cream. Our mango and pistachio Mustani is the perfect way to cool, cleanse and refresh the palate.

This session will be between 3 and 4 hours in duration.  You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School.  Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink during the session.  Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session.
