We have students of all ages, genders and sizes who come to us to learn the art of pole. Our students come from all walks of life.
The beauty is anyone can try it and most get addicted after their first session. Whether you are here to learn a cool new skill, improve flexibility and coordination or want to strap on an 8-inch pair of pole heels and learn the exotic dance aspect of pole, we can make that happen.

Aerial Yoga classes are offered by Urban Aerial Southampton. Our classes have a wide range of fitness benefits including increasing upper body & core strength, increasing flexibility all whilst having fun & meeting new people.
Our teacher is a qualified yoga teacher that has also trained in modern dance, aerial circus skills and pole dance and she has combined her knowledge in those disciplines to create an unique aerial yoga class for you.
The teacher will lead you safely through a fun sequence of poses using your yoga mat and the support of the aerial hammock to allow your body to safely move deeper into poses.
Aerial Yoga is a truly wonderful way to interweave fun into your practice while keeping the soulful elements of yoga very present.
