Our chef instructor will guide the group through a variety of topping ideas. Each participant will leave with their baked, edible work of art!
All of our classes are peanut free, however, be aware that our facility does contain peanuts and tree nuts. All of our classes do include wheat and gluten. Focaccia is naturally vegan and most of the toppings offered are vegetables and herbs, so we consider this a very vegan-friendly class.

The lovely lemon is super versatile, works great in sweet and savory dishes. Learn different techniques and recipes that showcase lemon. From the zest to the juice to whole lemons, we’ll use it all, starting with a Mixed Greens Salad with Preserved Lemon & Ginger.
Classes are hands-on, balancing passive and active tasks to create a four-course meal. At the end of class, we all sit down to enjoy the meal together.
Come join us as we show how exciting a vegetarian menu can be! In this class, we will prepare a Carrot & Beet Osso Bucco with exotic mushrooms and pearled red onions. This will be served on a bed of polenta with a mixed greens salad and citrus olive oil cake for dessert
