Food Preparation and Culinary Arts is a program to provide trainees to meet the demands of the hospitality / tourism and food sector in Malaysia / International. This course covers basic skills and knowledge such as hygiene, safety in the kitchen right down to planning a catering menu for an event.
Trainees were also taught various types of Asian and Western cuisines according to the conducive NOSS - JPK guided module through interesting learning sessions under the supervision of professional instructors/ chefs accredited by the Skill Development Department of Human Resource Ministry.
