Description
We have been cooking this delicious menu for years on our 2-week Basic to Brilliant Course and with so many gushing reviews of how scrumptious the dishes are, we decided it was time to give it the limelight in this French Cookery Class.
In true French style you will be welcomed with a glass of wine, which will be free-flowing throughout the class. You will then get sit back and watch a fun and informative demonstration on how to create the tasty menu alongside some useful tips and tricks to adapt the delicious recipes.
You will then get to make this delicious menu yourselves as after all this is a hands-on class.
Kicking off the meal will be a Twice Baked Soufflé. Now, don’t be put off by the world renowned impossible-to-perfect soufflé, because this is not only fool-proof but can also be done ahead of time.
Following this fluffy, cheesy starter you will be indulging in the humble classic Coq au Vin which will be served with Creamy Mash and Buttered Green Beans.
