Would you like to learn how to make macarons or have you had difficulties in the past with mastering this delicate, almond based French specialty? Here’s your chance to learn the methods as well as the tips and tricks to achieve stress free, beautiful macarons from an industry professional.

There are 3 methods of making macarons, French, Spanish & Italian. In this class you will be shown the most reliable method – Italian!

Keva will demonstrate from start to finish how to make a French macaron shell, you also will have the opportunity to join in at certain points of the class, as this is always the best way to learn! There will be a maximum of 4 attendees per class, so there's plenty of opportunity for one on one teaching.

 

This class will last 2.5-3 hours, during this time you will learn how to:

  • Make macaron shells

  • Fill shells with ganache & a buttercream

  • Trouble shoot

  • Use your home oven to make beautiful macarons
