Course Details

This is a specialist workshop for those wanting to learn to make their own fresh Mediterranean cheeses. You will prepare three cheese products and then prepare and eat a meal using the cheeses.

There will be cheese to take away, so please bring a couple of containers to carry it away. The cost includes a Mad Millie Italian Cheese kit (retailing at $39.90) with sufficient supplies to make 7kg of fresh cheese - you will be using this on the day, so you will have about 6.5 kg worth of leftover to experiment with.

Also included is light lunch made with the products you will make on the day - you can help cook this as well!

After a stint in Europe and the UK, Sonya made her way to Asia where she immersed herself in new cultures and new flavours. She also passed on her knowledge and passion, training chefs and service staff. She returned to New Zealand in time for the millennium celebrations and continued her training work in Auckland.
