The Natural Cook Company was founded in 2016 by Becca with the intention of putting the fun back into cooking and making home-cooked meals accessible to everyone.

After enjoying a welcome cuppa and pastry with your fellow classmates, our chef will share the tips and tricks to creating authentic Thai dishes including how to perfect the balance of flavour, plus you’ll discover how and why some of these dishes are slightly adapted in each region.
