If you want to experience true Japanese cuisine then join our full-day 6 hour Japanese cookery class. You’ll learn how to cook Japanese home comforts and the basic flavour principles to make perfectly balanced sauces, seasonings and marinades that Japanese food is famous for.
You’ll learn to eat with the eyes as you cook with your hands popular dishes such as incredibly delicious Okonomiyaki (savory pancake), and crispy Gyoza dumplings, and create the perfectly glazed Chicken Yakitori.
