To discover the most popular recipes of Greek cuisine:

  • Tzatkiki - the famous cucumber sauce with fresh herbs and yogurt with so many uses

  • Mezze olives feta - Always have in the fridge for a last minute aperitif, an express pasta dish, etc ...

  • Spanakopitas - The famous crispy feta spinach triangles, much easier to make than you might imagine.

  • Meat cigars - The meaty version of spanakopitas

  • Choriatiki - The "real" Greek salad

  • Baklava: delicious crunchy bites rich in honey and nuts
